Mental wellness amid a pandemic! It is often said that, “the only constant thing in life is change” but how many people are truly ready for the change? 

The COVID-19 pandemic is real and upon us, with it comes attending problems such as; physical and mental health problems, social and financial problems among others.

It is interesting to see how little event such as a pandemic is capable of causing ripple effects across all facets of life.

One of such effects is mental health problems. What then is Mental Health? It’s the state of mental, emotional, behavioural and spiritual wellbeing.
