As sweet as the nectar fluid seems, honey can serve as a natural sweetener and could be used for various reasons such as health benefits, and hair and skin ingredients. What more can we get from this all-natural food? You shall find out soon.

The sweet fluid from honey is produced by honeybees using the nectar of flowering plants. According to research, there are about 320 varieties of honey. Wow! Surprised? Lol. Amazingly, honey also varies in colour, odour and even flavour.
